Kumano brushes are admired by cosmetics brands and makeup artists around the world. The selection of the proper type is essential to enhance the function of each particular brush, so the brushes come in a variety of size, form, resilience and softness.

While respecting the tradition, I blend art into my calligraphy, and design my thoughts with brushes. With my calligraphy, I want to express the beautiful words of not only Japanese but also different languages and have new encounters "a once-in-a-lifetime chance" though my work.

Kendama is a traditional hand-held toy, which has a stick with a point at one end, and three cups attached, and a ball with a small hole in one end. In recent years, Kendama is widely spread as pop culture in Japan, so that various designs and colors of it are now available. It is started to be admired overseas, or recognized as one of COOL JAPAN .
